Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an SMS and email with tracking details. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order ID.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after all attempts, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available for most locations in India. Please keep the exact amount ready as our delivery partners may not carry change.
